Delivery and Shipping Process

We strive to dispatch your order within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. If all items are in stock, packages are typically shipped on the same day before 4 p.m. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped, along with the tracking details, via email.

We offer local delivery services in the United States (warehouses in the US West and US East), Europe (Czech Republic), and Russia (Moscow). For other regions, orders will be shipped from our Asia warehouse in Shenzhen. Before placing orders, you can check the stock availability in each overseas warehouse on the product pages.

Local Delivery

Customers from the United States, Europe, and Russia can enjoy a faster local delivery service. (Customers from Canada can choose to ship from the United States.) You can check the stock status on the product page.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email notification containing a tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at info@saulex.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
